Training Manager

About the role

Clarins is seeking a Training Manager to design, deliver and oversee learning programmes that support product launches, onboarding and ongoing development of its Beauty Consultants in Hong Kong. The role blends curriculum design, field coaching and brand representation to ensure consistent, high‑quality customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design, plan and deliver training for new product launches, repush campaigns and onboarding of new joiners.
• Lead makeup and product knowledge sessions to boost consultants’ confidence and sales performance.
• Conduct regular field coaching visits, identify performance gaps and implement practical improvement actions.
• Monitor grooming standards and collaborate with sales teams on improvement plans.
• Coordinate uniform orders, manage training logistics and support e‑learning platform execution, including translation and learner engagement.
• Represent Clarins at external workshops, training sessions and brand events.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of training experience, preferably in skincare, beauty or a related consumer‑facing industry.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills with a proven ability to translate business needs into effective learning solutions.
• Experience in field coaching, performance monitoring and continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus.
