UI Designer

About the role

The UI Designer will be responsible for shaping the visual and interaction experience of our digital products. You will lead design specifications, ensure consistency across platforms, and work closely with product and engineering teams to meet business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end GUI and interaction design, from concept to post‑launch evaluation.
• Develop and maintain a unified UI design system that improves visual consistency and design efficiency across multi‑platform products.
• Participate in user‑experience workshops, propose optimisations, and drive implementation of design solutions.
• Monitor online interaction experience and ensure design fidelity after release.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Visual Design, Interaction Design, HCI, Product Design or a related field.
• At least 5 years of professional UI design experience on internet products, with a proven track record of delivering projects from concept to launch.
• Strong analytical skills to translate business goals into design requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail, user‑centric mindset, and ability to communicate design rationale across teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Figma.
• Experience using AI‑assisted design tools such as Claude Design.
