Uniform & Linen Attendant

About the role

The Uniform & Linen Attendant supports daily housekeeping operations at a Marriott hotel in Hong Kong. You will ensure rooms are ready for guests, coordinate with multiple departments, and uphold the brand’s standards of cleanliness and service.

Key responsibilities

• Run sold‑room reports, verify room status and prioritize cleaning tasks.
• Assist housekeeping management with daily activity planning and documentation.
• Act as liaison between Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office and Laundry to resolve room discrepancies.
• Prepare and distribute room assignments and monitor “Do Not Disturb” lists.
• Ensure vacant dirty rooms are cleaned within required timeframes, including rush and DND rooms.
• Complete all required housekeeping paperwork and follow safety, security and company policies.
• Maintain a professional appearance, protect company assets and uphold guest service standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related housekeeping or laundry experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk and lift objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments.
