About the role
The Virtual Teller (VTM) position supports customers by handling transactions through virtual teller machines while delivering high‑quality service in a fast‑paced banking environment.
Key responsibilities
- Perform accurate and efficient transactions at Virtual Teller Machines (VTM).
- Provide quality customer service throughout each interaction.
- Ensure smooth operations and comply with all control and service requirements.
Required profile
- Degree or higher.
- 1–3 years of bank teller or counter service experience (preferred).
- Pleasant, customer‑oriented attitude with strong business sense.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of account opening procedures and AML requirements (preferred).
- Fluent in Putonghua, Cantonese and English.
