About the role
The Café Causette team at Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong is seeking a friendly and attentive Waiter/Waitress to deliver high‑standard food and beverage service. You will work in a dynamic, luxury hotel environment, ensuring each guest enjoys a seamless dining experience.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests, present menus, take orders and serve food and drinks in line with hotel standards.
- Maintain smooth operation of the assigned section, coordinating with the kitchen and back‑of‑house staff.
- Monitor table turnover, clear tables, and ensure the dining area remains clean and presentable.
- Respond promptly to guest requests, addressing any issues to achieve high customer satisfaction.
- Assist the Restaurant Manager with inventory checks and stock replenishment as needed.
Required profile
- Minimum of 1 year relevant experience in a restaurant or café setting.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality service.
- Polite, service‑oriented and able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
