About the role
We are looking for a friendly and energetic Welcome Agent to join the Bell desk team at Cordis Hong Kong. In this front‑office position you will be the first point of contact for arriving and departing guests, ensuring a warm and memorable first impression.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in the ground‑floor lobby with genuine hospitality.
- Provide composite guest services such as answering general inquiries.
- Coordinate baggage delivery for arrivals and departures.
- Support overall front‑office operations and assist colleagues as needed.
Required profile
- Previous experience in guest‑service or front‑office roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Cheerful, reliable and detail‑oriented attitude.
- Commitment to the well‑being of guests and team members.
