职位概况

我们正在寻找具备全栈开发能力、热爱大语言模型（LLM）和 AI 智能体技术的软件工程师，能够在快节奏的创业环境中快速交付高质量产品。

主要职责

构建并扩展基于 React Native、Go 服务、API 与数据管道的全栈产品体验。
开发并交付 LLM 驱动的 AI 功能，支持复杂业务工作流。
与外部系统及合作伙伴集成，确保安全、可靠、可观测和高性能。
从设计、实现到部署全流程负责功能特性，编写整洁、经过充分测试的代码并快速上线。

任职要求

在生产系统或重要项目中展现扎实的软件工程经验。
具备优秀的编码基础，能够高效设计、调试和优化。
拥有全栈产品开发经验，能够跨前后端协同工作。
熟悉 React / React Native，后端服务开发经验；Golang 优先。
对 LLM、AI 智能体或 AI 应用有实际兴趣或实践经验。
具备强烈的主人翁意识、分析思维，能够在模糊环境中快速学习。
