职位概况
负责私募股权基金设立及项目投资全流程的法律工作，参与架构设计、尽职调查、谈判等，支持风控合规部的交易事务。
主要职责
- 负责私募股权基金设立及项目投资的全流程法律事务。
- 进行法律尽职调查，撰写法律意见书。
- 参与项目谈判，提供法律风险评估与合规建议。
- 完成公司交办的其他相关法律工作。
任职要求
- 国内外一流院校硕士及以上学历，法律相关专业。
- 持有香港律师执业资格。
- 6年以上红圈所或国际律所、私募股权基金交易律师经验，具大型跨境投资项目经历者优先。
- 熟悉私募股权交易完整流程及香港金融监管法规。
- 中英文口头及书面表达精准流畅，英语可作为工作语言。
必备技能
- 深度法律分析与风险评估能力。
- 优秀的谈判与沟通技巧。
- 注重细节，具高效执行力和团队合作精神。
