About the role
Our client, an international law firm, is looking for a Regulatory Associate to join its Hong Kong disputes and regulatory practice. The position focuses on contentious regulatory and financial services investigations, primarily on bank‑side and brokerage‑side matters.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct regulatory investigations and handle contentious matters for financial services clients.
- Advise on market conduct issues and develop regulatory strategies.
- Support internal investigations and liaise with regulatory authorities.
- Draft pleadings, reports, and other legal documentation related to disputes.
Required profile
- 2–4 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in a comparable role.
- Experience at an international law firm handling regulatory or financial services matters.
- Exposure to regulatory strategy, internal investigations, and market conduct issues.
