Account Manager – IT Solutions (Senior Level)

About the role

Roctec Technology Ltd is seeking an experienced Account Manager (or Senior Account Manager) to drive sales of its IT and multimedia solutions across Hong Kong and the broader Asian market. You will act as the primary liaison between the company and its government, public utilities, education and commercial clients, ensuring long‑term partnership growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining existing accounts.
• Collaborate with internal technical and project teams to translate client needs into viable solutions.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, presentations and quotations to clients and stakeholders.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers.
• Work independently, manage the sales pipeline, and meet or exceed assigned targets.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Computer/Information Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in IT solution selling.
• Experience selling to higher education or enterprise sectors is a plus.
• Existing network or customer base in government, public utilities, education or commercial sectors is highly advantageous.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese communication skills.
• Strong self‑motivation and commitment to achieving sales targets.
