Accountant – Full Set of Accounts & Financial Reporting

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Accountant to manage the full set of accounts, prepare month‑end financial statements and support statutory reporting. The role involves analysing profit & loss, balance sheets and variances to provide insightful commentary for management.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review the full set of accounts, month‑end financial statements and related reports.
• Conduct profit & loss, balance‑sheet and variance analysis to support statutory accounts and management commentary.
• Manage payment authorisation, process vendor payments and validate transactions to ensure timely and accurate disbursements.
• Assist the finance team with ad‑hoc tasks as directed by senior management.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Professional certification such as HKICPA, ACCA or equivalent.
• Minimum of 4 years of accounting experience; retail industry experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using SAP for accounting processes.
