Director – Credit Solutions, Commercial Risk (Asia)

About the role

Aon is seeking a Director for Credit Solutions in Commercial Risk across Asia. The role will develop Aon’s asset‑finance proposition for financial institutions, originate new client opportunities and lead advisory solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop Aon’s asset‑finance financial institutions proposition and originate new client opportunities.
• Lead and collaborate on advisory and new solutions for financial institutions, including credit and political risk structuring.
• Maintain disciplined sales processes, using template presentations, underwriter submissions and Market Disclosure Sheets, and keep pipeline activity up to date in Aon’s CRM system.
• Support regional Credit Solutions leadership with long‑term business planning and identify cross‑selling opportunities across Aon solution lines.

Required profile

• Highly proficient in the asset‑finance business with deep knowledge of the credit‑insurance market in Asia.
• Proven track record handling international, corporate and large clients within Asia.
• Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients and insurers, with willingness to travel across the region.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional client value through service, expertise and innovation.
