Agency Assistant Project Manager - Dental Programmes

About the role

An agency is recruiting an Assistant Project Manager for a marketing and event project supporting new dental programmes at a government office. The position is based in Wan Chai, Hong Kong, with possible outdoor work in different districts of Hong Kong. The contract runs from the official report duty day until 12 April 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning, development and monitoring of new dental programmes at the government office
• Contribute to developing quality assurance mechanisms for the programmes
• Assist in overseeing and developing promotion activities for healthcare projects
• Support organizing and conducting events and liaise with stakeholders and organizations
• Provide on-site support and other administrative support as needed
• Perform any other duties assigned by senior officers

Required profile

• Degree from a Hong Kong university or equivalent
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English, Level 3 or above in HKDSEE, HKCEE or equivalent (HKCEE Grade C in Chinese and English Syllabus B is accepted administratively)
• At least seven years of full-time post-degree experience in marketing and event management of healthcare projects, including at least three years at supervisory level
• Outgoing, creative, able to work independently and as a team, with excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure and beyond office hours

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Canva preferred

Working hours are Monday to Friday, either 08:45 to 17:45 or 09:00 to 18:00, inclusive of a 1-hour meal break.
