AI Project Manager (Execution Services)

About the role

Join a leading financial services organisation driving AI innovation across its front‑office trading business. The role offers a Project Manager with capital‑markets experience the chance to partner with traders, technology teams and business stakeholders to deliver AI‑driven solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of AI and data‑driven initiatives across Execution Services.
• Partner with traders, sales traders, operations and technology teams to identify high‑value AI use cases.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, project plans and measurable outcomes.
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, stakeholder communications and vendor coordination.
• Drive AI proof‑of‑concepts through to production deployment while ensuring appropriate governance and controls.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project management, business analysis, technology delivery or change management.
• Strong interest in AI technologies and experience within investment banking, capital markets, brokerage, electronic trading or execution services.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to work across business and technology teams.
• Fluent English and Mandarin communication skills.
