Analog Design Engineer (Power Management) – New Graduate

About the role

Join Monolithic Power Systems' core R&D team to design and develop cutting‑edge power‑management integrated circuits. As a fresh graduate, you will work through the full product lifecycle, from transistor‑level design to silicon validation, under senior mentorship.

Key responsibilities

• Define product specifications and select optimal process nodes.
• Design analog and mixed‑signal circuits from transistor to system level.
• Perform circuit simulation, logic verification, and develop test methodologies.
• Supervise layout implementation and ensure compliance with electrical rules.
• Lead post‑silicon debugging, characterization, and evaluation after tape‑out.
• Support test engineers in creating test programs and assist product engineers during release.
• Propose innovative circuit concepts and contribute to application notes, data sheets, and demo boards.

Required profile

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or Microelectronics (fresh graduate).
• Strong foundation in analog/digital circuit theory, semiconductor physics, and IC design flows.
• Familiarity with power‑management topologies, control schemes, stability analysis, and loop compensation.
• Ability to solve well‑defined problems, manage time effectively, and communicate technical ideas clearly.
