Analyst, Investment (Korean Speaking)

About the role

Join Mercer’s Wealth team in Hong Kong as a Korea‑focused Investment Analyst. You will support investment advisory projects, client work and business development, delivering high‑quality solutions in both English and Korean.

Key responsibilities

• Support business development initiatives and expand the client base.
• Participate in investment advisory projects across all asset classes, including private markets.
• Conduct independent research, data analysis, draft reports and attend client meetings.
• Assist with portfolio management analysis using Mercer’s proprietary analytics tools and third‑party resources.
• Prepare customized client materials and respond to investment technical enquiries.

Required profile

• 1+ year of experience in consulting, banking, financial services or asset management.
• Strong communication, analytical and technical abilities.
• Deep understanding of Korean clients and their expectations.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and able to work independently and in teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
