Analyst Programme 2027 – Corporate Functions

About the role

MUFG Bank, Ltd. Hong Kong Branch is recruiting for its 2027 Analyst Programme, designed for talented graduates who want to start a career in banking. The programme focuses on Corporate Functions, giving candidates broad exposure to the functions that support a well-governed and sustainable bank, such as Operations, Compliance, Risk, Finance, Planning and transformation-related teams. Assignments depend on business needs and may involve analysis, governance, reporting and stakeholder coordination.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher, with less than one year of postgraduate full-time work experience.
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin); Japanese is an advantage.
• Genuine interest in developing a career in banking and finance.
