About the role

10 Design is seeking an Architect to contribute to design excellence across a variety of multicultural projects. The role involves translating design intent into comprehensive documentation while adhering to the company’s QA/QC standards and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Engage in project research and assist the project leader in compiling preliminary project reports.
• Research and interpret local building codes relevant to each project.
• Develop detailed sketches and layout plans that illustrate architectural concepts.
• Coordinate effectively with other disciplines and sub‑consultants to ensure integrated design solutions.
• Produce a complete set of documents that meet project briefs, local codes, and approval authority requirements.
• Analyse spatial organization, functional arrangements, and efficient utilization of spaces.
• Maintain cost awareness throughout the design process.
• Ensure all drawings, specifications, and documents comply with the company’s QA/QC procedures.
• Compile, file, and archive documentation for each submission stage according to standard procedures.
• Stay updated on current construction and design trends through continuous professional development.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of architectural design principles and ability to implement them on projects.
• Awareness of project contracts, schedules, and deliverables.
• Commitment to cost‑effective design solutions.
• Familiarity with QA/QC processes and documentation standards.
