Assistant Digital Sales Manager

About the role

The Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong is seeking an Assistant Digital Sales Manager to support its brand, marketing and digital teams in delivering seamless e‑commerce experiences for guests. This role combines online marketing execution with website optimisation to drive digital revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Brand, Marketing and Digital organization on implementation of e‑commerce strategies.
• Execute online marketing activities in partnership with hotel and cluster marketing leaders.
• Verify that hotel websites are fully optimised to maximise traffic from search engines.
• Assist in setting digital sales goals for new openings in collaboration with sales and revenue management.
• Stay up‑to‑date on industry and competitive trends and communicate insights.
• Manage the e‑shop platform and integrate third‑party applications.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• At least two years of relevant experience, preferably in luxury hotels.

Required skills

• Knowledge of SEO and SEM.
• Basic HTML proficiency.
• Experience with Google Analytics.
