Assistant Director / Senior Manager, Health & Benefits Multinational Clients

About the role

Join a new, growing team in Asia and Pacific supporting multinational clients in placing Health and Benefits risks across the region. Based in Hong Kong, the role leads a portfolio of complex, dynamic clients and acts as a trusted advisor, reporting to the Asia and Pacific Leader for Health & Benefits Multinational Client Excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Be the client relationship lead for your portfolio, managing escalations and acting as the main global point of contact for Global Benefits Management appointments
• Design and develop client management tools and monitor services against centralized guidance and Service Level Agreements
• Execute clients' global benefit strategy, including pooling, captives and global insurance programs
• Review local renewal documents, analyse claims drivers and advise on sustainable plans
• Support the sale of additional health and wellbeing projects and contribute to business development and onboarding
• Manage and address client escalations, and suggest improvements to team ways of working
• Contribute to thought leadership content and mentor junior team members

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in insurance broking, ideally in Health, Life and Disability
• Ability to build client relationships and handle challenging demands
• Strong project management and process-building experience
• Good analytical skills and strong written and spoken English and Chinese
• Team player across borders, with a commitment to deadlines
