Assistant Manager – Group Communications

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager to support our Group Communications team. The role blends community engagement, branding, volunteer coordination and trademark administration, with a strong focus on leveraging emerging AI tools to boost efficiency and impact.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and evaluate community engagement programmes, volunteer activities and corporate events.
• Coordinate with internal teams, NGOs, partners, vendors and volunteers to ensure smooth delivery.
• Manage volunteer communications, registrations, attendance tracking and onsite support.
• Support branding initiatives, create templates and maintain visual assets while ensuring brand consistency.
• Utilise AI tools for content creation, design visualisation and workflow optimisation.
• Assist with trademark administration, handling and digitising documentation securely.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets and deliverables across multiple workstreams.
• Identify process improvements to enhance employee and volunteer experiences.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, Event Management or related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in communications, branding, CSR/community engagement or event management.
• Strong project‑management and multitasking abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with digital collaboration tools.
• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation, design visualisation and productivity enhancement.
• Presentation design and visual communication skills.
