Senior Performance Marketing Executive (SEM)

About the role

As a Senior Marketing Executive within the Performance Marketing team, you will own and scale large‑scale SEM campaigns across multiple markets. You will collaborate with Paid Search colleagues and cross‑functional teams in Hong Kong and Berlin to drive high‑impact, multi‑country initiatives that boost traffic and brand presence.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, build and scale Paid Search (Google Ads Search & Shopping) and Bing Ads campaigns across several countries.
• Allocate and manage sizable advertising budgets, ensuring optimal spend across localized campaigns.
• Work closely with internal marketing functions (social, influencer, country teams) to align on strategy and execution.
• Monitor performance metrics, conduct regular optimisations, and troubleshoot delivery issues.
• Generate data‑driven insights to improve ad efficiency and inform strategic decisions.
• Stay updated on SEM trends, automation techniques, and industry best practices.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of hands‑on SEM experience managing large budgets and multi‑country campaigns.
• Strong analytical ability with a focus on data‑driven optimisation.
• Proven experience working in a matrixed, cross‑regional environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, eCommerce, Data Analytics or a related field.
