Assistant Manager, Medical Services

About the role

We are looking for a high‑calibre professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager, Medical Services. In this position you will support the delivery of insurance services, ensure compliance with global quality standards, and drive continuous improvement across the medical insurance business.

Key responsibilities

• Apply best practices for effective communication and problem solving.
• Deliver initiatives and projects on time, within budget, and according to confirmed requirements.
• Ensure insurance service targets exceed partner and customer expectations while leading quality‑improvement efforts.
• Drive compliance with global quality policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures to enhance cost‑effectiveness and risk management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Minimum 3 years of pre‑approval or claim experience in individual life/medical insurance.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, well‑organized, able to work under pressure and collaborate effectively.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Good computer proficiency, especially in MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint.
• IIQE license preferred (can be obtained after onboarding).
