Assistant Manager, Parts Supply Planning (12‑month Renewable Contract)

About the role

We are looking for an analytical and data‑driven Assistant Manager to join our Parts Supply Planning team. You will be responsible for end‑to‑end inventory management and demand forecasting, ensuring optimal stock availability across all sales channels.

Key responsibilities

• Generate baseline forecasts using advanced statistical methods and adjust supply plans for promotions and seasonality.
• Monitor daily sell‑in and sell‑out data, identify gaps between actual sales and forecasts, and collaborate with sales teams.
• Prepare parts stock for new product launches and manage phase‑out of obsolete items.
• Proactively manage back orders, track aging data, and expedite critical shipments.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels, set safety stock parameters for active, slow‑moving, and obsolete parts.
• Build and update daily and weekly inventory reports, processing large datasets with complex Excel formulas.
• Extract and consolidate supply chain data from corporate reporting systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Statistics, Data Analytics or Business.
• 3–5 years of experience in parts planning or inventory control.
• High numeric sensitivity and ability to spot anomalies quickly.
• Hands‑on experience with Business Warehouse (BI/BW) reports.
• Experience managing product lifecycles, including NPI and EOL phases.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
