Assistant Manager – Training

About the role

The Assistant Manager Training supports the design, delivery, and evaluation of employee training programs that enhance guest service and operational excellence. You will work closely with training cadres, operational leaders, and HR to ensure staff receive continuous learning aligned with brand values.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and inform employees about all training initiatives and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Assist in developing training plans, budgets, and guidelines that address performance gaps.
• Monitor enrollment, attendance, and progress of training classes; gather feedback from participants.
• Partner with operational managers to assess skill transfer and impact on guest satisfaction.
• Observe service behaviors, provide feedback, and support ongoing coaching.
• Help manage the training budget and departmental expenses, using P‑card where appropriate.

Required profile

• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Experience in hospitality or service‑focused environments is preferred.
