Assistant Planner – Merchandiser Planning & Allocation

About the role

The Assistant Planner supports the Director of Planning in overseeing forecast reviews, inventory allocation, and performance analysis across Retail, Wholesale, and Travel Retail channels. You will help drive inventory productivity and deliver actionable insights that influence the brand’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Monthly Forecast Review (MFR) process for Asian markets, preparing reports, variance analysis, and business insights.
• Monitor forecast performance, identify risks and opportunities, and track accuracy for continuous improvement.
• Execute product allocations and replenishment strategies, monitoring inventory health and recommending rebalancing actions.
• Assist with seasonal launches, promotions, and inventory deployment plans.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad‑hoc reports, analyzing sales, inventory, and productivity metrics by market, channel, store, and category.
