Assistant Project Manager – EV Charging Services

About the role

Join the fast‑growing EV Operation Branch of CLPe Solutions Limited as an Assistant Project Manager. You will support the delivery of electric vehicle charging infrastructure across Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area, working closely with the Project Manager and multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare design submissions, tender proposals, project plans and correspondence for EV charging infrastructure projects.
• Implement and monitor the Health, Safety, Security, Environment and Quality (HSSEQ) system to meet project and statutory requirements.
• Provide on‑call support outside office hours for emergency calls, site issues and urgent meetings.
• Identify business opportunities, draft proposals and assist in sales engineering and contract negotiations.
• Manage subcontractors, coordinate site activities, monitor progress, follow up defects and ensure safety and quality control.
• Collaborate with IT vendors on software development and equipment configuration.

Required profile

• University degree in Building Services, Electrical, Electronics, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (candidates with less experience may be considered for a lower position).
• Strong project management, leadership, communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience in consultancy services is preferred.
• Possession of a Construction Industry Safety Card.
• Valid driving licence (category 1 or 2) is an advantage.
