Assistant Relationship Manager, Enterprise

About the role

Airwallex, the AI-native financial operating system used by more than 675,000 businesses, is hiring an Assistant Relationship Manager for its Enterprise Business team in Hong Kong. The role owns and grows a portfolio of enterprise customers, focusing on Payment Acceptance and Point of Sale use cases, and works from the Hong Kong office five days a week.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise customers in Hong Kong, building trusted relationships and helping them get more value from Airwallex.
• Drive adoption, onboarding, post-launch optimisation, retention and expansion by understanding each customer's payment flows, operational setup and growth priorities.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Operations, Strategy and other teams to resolve issues, share customer feedback and deliver strong commercial and customer outcomes.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in account management, customer success, business development, partnerships or another customer-facing commercial role.
• Experience working with B2B customers in fintech, payments, SaaS, e-commerce or a high-growth technology environment.
• Strong relationship management skills and confidence working with multiple stakeholders across customer organisations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Preferred: experience managing and growing enterprise accounts, supporting customers through onboarding and go-live, and identifying upsell, cross-sell and expansion opportunities.
