Associate Director / Director, SEO & GEO

About the role

Klook is looking for a senior SEO leader to protect its organic dominance and guide the company into the AI‑driven search era. Based in Hong Kong, you will blend marketing insight with data‑science rigor to shape how travel experiences are discovered.

Key responsibilities

• Shift SEO strategy from keyword‑centric to entity‑centric, positioning Klook as an authoritative travel knowledge source.
• Manage crawl budgets for millions of dynamic pages and ensure Core Web Vitals are optimized at scale.
• Implement advanced Schema.org markup (Event, Ticket, aggregateRating) for rich snippets and LLM ingestion.
• Define and oversee server‑side rendering or dynamic rendering solutions for SPA architecture.
• Lead GEO experiments to capture AI‑generated answers and chat‑based search features.
• Conduct deep technical audits using tools such as DeepCrawl, Botify, or Screaming Frog on 5M+ URLs.
• Optimize critical rendering path, minify assets, and improve PageSpeed scores.
• Drive LLM optimization initiatives, including Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading SEO at a large, fast‑growing digital platform.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into strategic actions.
• Excellent collaboration skills with engineering and product teams.
