Associate Graphic Designer

About the role

We are seeking a creative and passionate Associate Graphic Designer to develop innovative design solutions with high visual impact, create print and digital graphics, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams on packaging, instructions and e‑commerce assets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop package and instruction layouts based on brand DNA.
• Create packaging‑related presentation assets.
• Produce 3D renderings and animations.
• Apply QA and legal requirements to packaging and instructions.
• Design illustrations, iconography, logos, and informational graphics.
• Clip and retouch images.
• Collaborate with the team to meet key milestones and delivery dates.
• Manage item‑level schedules.
• Ensure alignment with cross‑functional teams.
• Conduct and present trend research.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, 3D, Digital Design or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of relevant industry experience.
• Ability to contribute to creative strategy with cross‑functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and drive for excellence.
• Capability to deliver projects from concept to completion and work independently.
• Effective oral and written communication in English.
