Associate, Talent Acquisition

About the role

The Associate, Talent Acquisition will support end‑to‑end recruiting for A1’s product, engineering and business teams. This hands‑on role is ideal for early‑career professionals who want to learn high‑quality technical hiring in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer support for product, engineering and business roles.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, job boards and proactive outreach.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews to assess fit and motivation.
• Coordinate interview schedules, collect feedback and maintain clear communication with hiring managers.
• Keep candidate records accurate and up‑to‑date in the ATS.
• Support recruiting projects, process improvements, employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.
• Help keep hiring operations organized, responsive and moving at pace.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, operations or related fields (fresh graduates welcome).
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proactive, learning‑oriented mindset with openness to feedback.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through reliably.
