Bar Server / Draftender (Causeway Bay)

About the role

Draft Land Hong Kong is expanding its presence in Causeway Bay and seeks an enthusiastic Bar Server/Draftender to join the team led by Master Mixologist Antonio Lai. You will be responsible for delivering a consistent, high‑quality cocktail‑on‑tap experience to our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, and snacks according to brand standards.
• Maintain bar cleanliness, stock levels, and equipment functionality.
• Engage with customers, ensuring a friendly and efficient service experience.
• Handle late‑night shifts up to 2:30 am while maintaining energy and professionalism.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a café or bar environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a team‑oriented attitude.
• Outgoing, talkative personality with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Fluent in Cantonese; English and Mandarin are a plus.
• Hong Kong residency and ability to work late‑night shifts.
