职位概况
在香港赛马会跑马地会所担任餐饮服务员，负责为会员及宾客提供及时、优质的餐饮服务。
主要职责
- 及时上菜、补充饮用水及饮品，接受追加点单。
- 摆设餐具、装饰品、调味料及餐巾，保持餐桌整洁。
- 清理已用餐具/消耗品并重新布置餐桌，确保用品储备充足。
- 保持工作区域整洁、卫生及安全，完成主管交办的其他任务。
任职要求
- 至少1年酒店、会所或餐厅相关工作经验。
- 熟悉餐厅礼仪，了解桌边服务基础。
- 具备优秀的客户服务技巧，性格耐心亲和，能解决问题。
- 能够长时间站立及行走，关注细节。
必备技能
- 熟悉餐食、葡萄酒、啤酒、烈酒、清酒及中国白酒等产品。
- 英语沟通能力良好，具粤语及普通话能力者优先。
