Barista

About the role

The Headland Hotel, located on Lantau Island near the airport, is seeking a passionate Barista to join its hospitality team. You will be responsible for crafting high‑quality coffee and beverages while delivering a warm, professional guest experience in a vibrant hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve specialty coffee and a variety of hot and cold beverages in line with the hotel’s standards.
• Provide friendly, attentive service, engaging with guests to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle daily operations including cash handling, stock replenishment, and maintaining a clean work area.
• Uphold food safety, hygiene, and service standards at all times.
• Support teammates to create a welcoming dining atmosphere.
• Perform additional duties as directed by the supervisor.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of barista or relevant food‑and‑beverage experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
• Friendly, proactive, team‑oriented attitude.
• Good command of English and Chinese.
