Brand Controller

About the role

The Brand Controller will act as a trusted financial advisor for the North Asia region, supporting the Maison and market teams with robust financial management, reporting, and strategic planning. This role is essential for driving consistent financial performance and enabling effective business partnering across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead consolidation of financial results for all entities in North Asia, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Group accounting standards.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning processes for the region.
• Analyse performance against budget and forecast, highlighting variances, trends and key business drivers.
• Develop standardized reporting methodologies to improve efficiency and comparability.
• Prepare high‑quality presentations for senior management and Maison headquarters.
• Partner with commercial teams to provide financial insights and support performance‑management initiatives.
• Oversee financial planning, controlling and reporting for the Hainan market and GTR, aligning with regional and Group objectives.
• Provide inputs for HKMO entity‑level cash‑flow planning and maintain the Richemont monthly regional dashboard.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration; Master’s degree or professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA) is highly desirable.
• 6‑8 years of experience in financial controlling, FP&A or auditing, preferably in a multinational luxury retail or consumer‑goods environment.
• Proven track record in financial consolidation, budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Strong analytical and financial‑modeling capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence senior management.
