Brand Representative – Retail Sales

About the role
As a Brand Representative at Abercrombie & Fitch, you will bring the store experience to life for customers at Harbour City. You will engage shoppers with genuine care, help them find the right products, and maintain a welcoming, well‑presented environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide warm, attentive service, initiate natural conversations, and offer styling guidance across product categories.
- Support product replenishment, keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually consistent, including folding, hanging, and sizing merchandise.
- Accurately process purchases, returns, and exchanges at the cash wrap while ensuring a friendly checkout experience.
- Assist with omni‑channel orders by handling Save the Sale transactions, in‑store pick‑up fulfillment, and packaging ship‑from‑store orders.
Required profile
- Enjoy connecting with customers and helping them find what they need.
- Detail‑oriented with a focus on maintaining store presentation standards.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced retail environment and handling cash transactions.
