About the role

China State Construction Engineering (Hong Kong) Limited is a leading construction contractor in Hong Kong, seeking an experienced Building Services Manager (or Assistant) to oversee building services and electro‑mechanical works on large‑scale projects.

Key responsibilities

Monitor and report site installation progress, materials delivery, quality and safety.
Coordinate with subcontractors and liaise with clients, architects and consultants on all building services/electro‑mechanical matters on site.

Required profile

Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 10 years post‑qualification experience managing large‑scale multi‑discipline building services/electro‑mechanical projects (candidates with less experience may be considered for the Assistant role).
