Business Development Executive / Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Business Development Executive (or Manager) to drive revenue growth through online advertising solutions, content sponsorships, and program development. You will build long‑term relationships with clients and strengthen our brand presence in the market.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue business opportunities aligned with branded content and advertising formats.
  • Approach prospects via personal connections, cold calls, and agency outreach.
  • Arrange meetings, prepare proposals and presentation decks, and negotiate contracts.
  • Close deals and achieve assigned revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver advertising campaign solutions.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Digital or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in agency or client‑servicing roles; sales experience in online media is a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven track record of executing successful development strategies.
  • Goal‑oriented and focused.
