Business Development Officer – Corporate Sales

About the role

Dash Living is seeking a proactive Business Development Officer to drive corporate sales and leasing of its monthly furnished apartments in Hong Kong. The role focuses on generating new business, building strong relationships with corporate clients, and guiding prospects through the full sales cycle to become long‑term partners.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell Dash Living’s furnished apartments to corporate customers based on their accommodation needs.
• Identify and generate leads, develop partnerships, and nurture relationships with key contacts at prospective clients.
• Prepare tailored proposals and handle inquiries via email, chat, and phone while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain and expand the customer database, tracking referrals and lead sources.
• Collaborate with Operations and Finance teams to fulfil service requests and ensure a smooth move‑in experience.
• Report sales strategy updates to headquarters and assist the Admin team with invoicing and contract issuance.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in residential real estate, OTA, or hotel sectors.
• Strong Cantonese and English communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, self‑driven, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent relationship‑building, negotiation, and customer‑service abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with G Suite.
• Experience using Slack.
• Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) and Revenue Management Systems (RMS).
• Comfort with cloud‑based collaboration platforms.
