Business Development Specialist

About the role

CCD, a leading interior design consultancy for international hospitality projects, is seeking a Business Development Specialist to expand its client base and support growth across luxury hotel and high‑end residential markets.

Key responsibilities

• Follow CCD’s business development plan and achieve predetermined targets.
• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities, maintaining close contact with key accounts.
• Collect and report competitor information across all relevant fields.
• Communicate with clients, negotiate terms, and finalize contract documents.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 1‑3 years of relevant experience, preferably in hotel‑design business development.
• Fluent spoken English for direct communication with foreign hotel management companies.
• Strong document organization abilities and basic legal knowledge.
• Professional image, proactive attitude, flexibility, teamwork, and high responsibility.
• Experience in five‑star hotel environments is a plus.
• Willingness to travel frequently for business trips.
