Business Impact Manager

About the role

The Business Impact Manager joins Oliver Wyman's APR Business Impact Team to support regional practice leaders in driving business development, internal management, and process improvement across Financial Services practices.

Key responsibilities

• Support practice heads with day‑to‑day management, communications, and material development for regional and global meetings.
• Coordinate special projects aligned to strategic priorities, manage internal practice meetings, and track actions to ensure follow‑up.
• Provide commercial effectiveness support, including client development, pipeline analysis, and RFP management.
• Champion regional and global best‑practice implementation, process roll‑out, and change‑management initiatives.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in consulting or professional services, preferably within financial services.
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, maintain confidentiality, and make decisions under pressure.

Required skills

• Strategic project management experience.
• Proficiency in creating business presentations and managing MIS reporting.
