Business Intelligence Analyst

About the role

The Business Intelligence Analyst will transform data into actionable insights that support smarter decisions across AS Watson’s offline and online ecosystem. You will ensure data quality, develop visualisations, and help teams understand customers and suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate data mapping and integration to align supplier profiles.
• Oversee supplier brand confirmation processes to maintain data integrity.
• Collaborate with business units for data cleansing and quality assurance.
• Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI for clear data visualisation.
• Provide analytical support to users with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Support data‑monetisation initiatives by translating data into business value.
• Coordinate and support UAT processes for data‑related projects.

Required profile

• Creative, detail‑oriented and able to work independently with strong ownership.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a scientific, analytical approach to problem‑solving.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Power BI for data visualisation and reporting.
• Familiarity with SQL.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric or other data‑warehouse technologies.
