Cabin Crew Mentor (Flight Purser)

About the role

HK Express is seeking an experienced Cabin Crew Mentor (Flight Purser) to coach and develop its flight attendant team. The mentor will provide one‑on‑one guidance during monthly flying duties and a dedicated office day each month, helping crew members integrate into the company culture and achieve high performance.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct individual coaching sessions with each flight attendant at least once a year.
• Provide performance feedback, evaluations, and tailored improvement plans for under‑performing crew.
• Act as a cultural ambassador, promoting company values and expectations.
• Organise team‑building activities and foster open communication within the crew.
• Collaborate with AMCC and CCM teams to align crew goals with corporate objectives.
• Track and report crew performance metrics and address any people‑related issues.
• Perform regular flying duties and support ad‑hoc tasks as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of aviation industry experience in a supervisory role.
• Preferably 2 years of flying experience with HK Express.
• Strong ability to inspire, build trust, and motivate crew members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven capability to prioritize, multitask, and work under pressure.
