Campus Recruiter – Talent Acquisition

About the role

As a member of the Hong Kong Talent Acquisition Team, the Campus Recruiter will drive the attraction and selection of early‑career talent for Recruit Express. The role focuses on developing and executing campus engagement strategies, managing internship programmes and supporting graduate hiring across the local business portfolio while collaborating with regional partners.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a campus engagement strategy for targeted business areas in Hong Kong.
• Plan and run virtual, on‑campus and in‑house recruitment events to attract high‑calibre candidates.
• Build and maintain relationships with university career centres, business leaders and hiring managers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing information, status updates and promoting the firm.
• Maintain the applicant tracking system, generate hiring statistics and report on entry‑level recruitment metrics.
• Manage the full internship lifecycle – onboarding, training, placements, performance reviews and offer issuance.
• Collaborate with regional HR teams to ensure alignment of the Asia‑Pacific early‑talent strategy.
• Partner with business units to develop an entry‑level employee value proposition that aligns with corporate values.
