Chinese Community Manager – Web3, DeFi & Blockchain

About the role

BNB Chain is looking for a proactive Chinese Community Manager to strengthen its presence in the blockchain and crypto ecosystem. Working fully remotely, you will collaborate with internal teams and external influencers to boost brand awareness and drive ecosystem growth across the Chinese market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and manage relationships with key opinion leaders, influencers, and community advocates in the Chinese crypto space.
• Build and maintain strong connections with crypto and tech journalists, bloggers, and media outlets to enhance BNB Chain’s media coverage.
• Coordinate media outreach activities, including press releases, interviews, and events, to secure positive coverage.
• Collaborate with marketing, community, and business‑development teams to align KOL and media initiatives with overall campaign goals.
• Manage Chinese Twitter content, events, and promotional activities involving KOLs and media partners.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging influencers, and the media landscape to continuously expand the network.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing KOLs, influencers, and media relations, preferably in blockchain, crypto, or technology sectors.
• Strong networking, communication, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Strategic thinker capable of developing and executing outreach plans.
• Familiarity with the crypto ecosystem, key community players, and media landscape.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent in English and Chinese to support external communications.
