Commercial Development Director

About the role

Swire Coca-Cola is looking for a Commercial Development Director to drive commercial growth across Asia. The role will shape strategic partnerships, develop the portfolio with key principals such as The Coca‑Cola Company and Monster Energy, and translate group strategy into market‑ready plans.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic development, account management and market execution of the core portfolio with principal partners.
• Partner with internal and external teams to evaluate growth opportunities, define long‑term ambition plans and drive commercial performance.
• Design, deploy and govern the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) framework across markets.
• Adapt global commercial strategies to local consumer, customer and route‑to‑market dynamics.
• Coordinate with global functional teams, Strategic Planning and market teams to ensure IBP alignment with business cycles.
• Act as the primary commercial liaison for IBP process adoption and capability development.
• Identify and develop new growth platforms, including M&A, joint ventures and non‑competing partnerships.

Required profile

• Senior commercial leader with extensive experience in FMCG or beverage sectors.
• Proven track record in strategic partnership management and portfolio development.
• Strong understanding of Integrated Business Planning and commercial planning processes.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross‑functional initiatives.
