Commercial Learning & Development Manager

About the role

The Commercial Learning & Development Manager will drive business performance by coaching boutique sales, service and client experience teams. Working closely with boutique leadership, you will use data‑driven insights to design and deliver targeted coaching, training and development programs that enhance the Cartier brand experience.

Key responsibilities

• Observe guest experiences and provide in‑the‑moment coaching on selling skills, client development and client experience.
• Align boutique coaching with commercial KPIs such as sales, client development and client experience.
• Develop boutique visit agendas using performance data and deliver side‑by‑side coaching on the floor.
• Produce post‑visit reports summarising coaching goals, progress, setbacks and required actions.
• Prepare weekly summary reports for the Director of Learning & Training.
• Partner with retail leaders and HR Business Partners to review individual development plans and integrate new hires.
• Facilitate small‑group in‑boutique trainings and lead learning initiatives for new openings or renovations.
• Track coaching impact with quantitative and qualitative metrics and adjust plans as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience coaching retail or boutique teams to improve performance.
• Strong ability to analyse performance data and translate insights into actionable coaching plans.
• Excellent collaboration skills with retail leadership, HR and cross‑functional partners.
• Capability to deliver engaging training sessions and champion a learning culture.

Required skills

• Experience with Cartier’s MyLearning platform or similar learning management systems.
• Data analysis and reporting skills.
