Construction Manager – High-End Renovation & Fit‑Out Projects

About the role

Dragages is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead high‑end renovation and office fit‑out projects. The successful candidate will plan, execute and oversee improvements, ensuring they meet design, quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and implement facilities improvement projects, including high‑end renovation and office fitting‑out works.
• Ensure timely delivery while complying with design specifications and quality requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify safety compliance and operational standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to maintain project schedules.

Required profile

• Diploma or certificate in Building Studies, Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant on‑site construction experience.
• Proven track record in managing high‑end renovation and fit‑out projects is highly preferable.
• Strong understanding of local building regulations, safety requirements and workplace standards.
