职位概况
负责协助监督并协调驻场的机电系统技术人员，确保机电系统的日常保养、维修及故障排除工作顺利进行。
主要职责
- 协助监督并协调驻场的机电系统技术人员
- 负责机电系统的一般保养及维修工作
- 检测并判断复杂故障问题并有效进行故障排除
- 监察工程质量、进度及日常工作运作情况
- 支援测试与验证工作（如有需要）
- 严格执行安全标准并遵守相关程序与法规
- 向管理层定期汇报工程进展、相关问题及工作情况
任职要求
- 具相关学科的文凭或证书
- 拥有5至8年空调、供水及排水系统及低压电气系统维护维修经验
- 持有有效A级注册电业工程人员牌照
- 了解空调系统组件（如AHU、风机盘管、循环泵、控制装置等）及供水排水系统组件（如水泵控制箱、止回阀）和低压电力系统组件（如小型断路器、模壳断路器）
- 良好的督导、沟通及现场管理能力
- 能够为主管准备简易书面报告
- 能够独立工作并处理多项任务
- 愿意轮班工作
