Country Manager, Hong Kong

About the role

We are looking for a Country Manager to lead our Hong Kong operations, ensuring high-quality local execution across marketing, content, community and brand initiatives. The role combines strategic alignment with headquarters goals and hands‑on management of a small, cross‑border team.

Key responsibilities

• Validate HQ goals and budgets for the Hong Kong market.
• Manage local influencer, content, social, community, brand and channel activities.
• Provide up-to-date market, competitor, payment and user insights.
• Review advertising assets, store pages, creator content and CRM copy for localization quality.
• Conduct user interviews and market checks to inform strategy.
• Report risks and resource needs to headquarters.
• Leverage AI tools for comment clustering, competitor tracking and meeting notes, while retaining final local judgment.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in B2C marketing, growth or country-level marketing.
• Native-level proficiency in the target-country language (Chinese) and fluent English.
• Background in consumer apps, education, subscription services or internet businesses.
• Proven ability to lead small teams and collaborate across borders.
• Current residence in Hong Kong.
